My piece, 'Your Words Give Light', which won 3rd prize in the Manchester Chorale's Composition Competition will be premiered by the Manchester Chorale at their 40th Anniversary Concert.

An online live streamed event as part of the Liberation Day 75th Anniversary celebrations; - 2.30pm Commemorate; a selection of music to reflect on the history of the day, featuring choral works by Lydia Jane Pugh and a world premiere Brass band piece by Elizabeth Beacom - 3.00pm Celebrate; a sing-a-long section lead by various music leaders from across the island of Guernsey, with music from the 1940s to the present day - 4.15pm Reflect; Dennis Burns reads accounts from the occupation of the importance of music during the war, amongst performances created by local musicians during the COVID19 lockdown.
